Joe Grimstad joined the Bank family. Joe graduated from Luther College with a Business Degree. After working for a bank in Minneapolis, MN, he returned home to join Decorah Bank in 2002.

Ben Grimstad joined Decorah Bank in 2000. He graduated with a Financial Economics degree from Gustavus Adolphus College and worked 4 years for a bank in Minneapolis, MN before returning to Decorah.
