Decorah Bank & Trust Earns Top Workplace Recognition Four Years Running

Decorah Bank & Trust is proud to announce they have again been named a Top Workplace by Iowa Top Workplaces. The 2025 Top Workplace recognition marks the fourth year in a row Decorah Bank has been a recipient of this award.
