Decorah Bank Named an Iowa Top Workplace for the Fifth Consecutive Year

Decorah Bank & Trust has been recognized as a 2026 Iowa Top Workplace by the Des Moines Register, marking the fifth consecutive year the bank has earned this prestigious honor.

The Iowa Top Workplaces award is based entirely on confidential employee feedback collected through a third-party survey administered by Energage, an employee engagement and workplace research firm.
