Decorah Bank Contributes $5,000 to the Winneshiek Medical Center Foundation

Decorah Bank & Trust recently contributed $5,000 to the Winneshiek Medical Center Foundation. The foundation is a non-profit organization whose mission is to ensure continued quality health care for our region. The Bank’s sponsorship will support the purchase of a hyperbaric oxygen chamber. A hyperbaric oxygen chamber is used to provide hyperbaric oxygen therapy for patients with non-healing wounds, such as a diabetic foot ulcer, radiation injury, or osteomyelitis.

Bank President Justin Gullekson states, “We’re fortunate to have strong healthcare in Decorah and Winneshiek County. WMC is a big part of that, and Decorah Bank is proud to support the WMC Foundation’s Annual Appeal.” Decorah Bank would like to thank all of the staff at Winneshiek Medical Center for everything they do to support and care for the community.
